1. Reverse osmosis water purification system uses different process depending on different quality of source water. Generally the produced water conductivity<10μS/cm after the tap water goes through treatment by grade-1 reverse osmosis system and <3μS/cm after grade-2 reverse osmosis system treatment; afterwards, with the help of the ion exchange equipment or EDI equipment, ultra-pure water can be made, making the electrical resistivity up to 18 megohm 25 ℃ (about 0.056μS / cm).

2. The core part of the reverse osmosis water system is reverse osmosis membrane, which is also the key determining the quality of water. But the merit of the reverse osmosis system’s pre-treatment process (also known as pre-treatment system) is the critical element determining the stable operation of the reserve osmosis system.

3. Pretreatment system: Water pump pressurizes raw water to enter the sand filter, whose filler is quartz sand with the role of removing suspended solids, colloids, rust, large particles of impurities and some microorganisms in water (such as bloodworms); after treatment by the sand filter, the water enters the carbon filter, whose filler is the finest quality coconut shell activated carbon, and its main role is to remove organic matters, chlorine, odors, pesticides, colloids not filtered by sand filter and other substances contained in the tap water, and to extend the service life of the membrane. For underground with a high content of iron, a softening device can be used. The water after treatment of above levels re-enters the security filter. The security filter contains a 5umPP filter element, whose main role is to remove all impurities with an aperture above 5um. Such a process is called the pre-treatment of the RO unit. The main role is to pre-treat raw water to ensure the RO unit can be used normally and reach certain service life. Pre-treated raw water then flows into the RO system via a high-pressure pump. This RO system uses imported membrane components, and the entire desalting rate reaches 97%~98%. For water quality in China region, the produced water can directly meet the national pure drinking water standard (conductivity ≤10us / cm, water utilization is about 75%).

4. Over 90% are imported components.

5. Tap water → booster pump→ quartz sand filter→ activated carbon filter → water softener and filter → 5um security filter → high-pressure pump → RO unit→ pure water tank → water consuming points.
