The company is introducing Germany SMS MEER technology to build the most significant JCOE longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe production line domestic which will produce large diameter, high steel grade, and heavy wall thickness longitudinal submerged arc-welded pipe from Ф406 to Ф1626mm, the annual output will be 250,000 t. The wall thickness of the pipe is 6-65mm, the length for single pipe is 8-12.8 m, and the highest steel grade is X100. The JCOE products is mainly applied to oil and gas transmission, submarine pipeline, structure pipe for marine engineering, pressure vessel cylinder and bend pipe manufacturing.
