Operation Principle
When a force is externally applied (such as manually pressed or pounded with a rubber hammer) on the alloy steel made dialing disc through high frequency quenching heat treatment, some letters or numerals in certain depth (0.1~0.3mm) may be printed on the metallic sign board.
High hardness alloy character plate ,made it easy to change printing content and position, different character size can be achieved by replacing the different plate.
Application
The various shapes of sign board with a dimension less than 200×130mm may be printed through holding, to mark 26 letters & numbers.
Changed parameter on the metal nameplate:such as model number,date,batch number,serial number and so on.
All types of aluminum,copper,stainless steel,plastic plate that used on machine, pumps, valves, automobile, electrical appliances etc.
