Description and principle:

The machine composed of hopper, grading wheel, grinding blades, gear ring, crushing motor, outlet, wind leaf, material collecting box and dust collecting box.

The material enter into the crushing chamber from hopper, crushed by high speed rotating blade, adjust the distance of grading wheel and grading dise to reach the requested material fineness, the high speed rotating blades take finished material to the bag of material collecting box, the material did not reach the requirement go on be crushed in the chamber, the dust collected by the dust collecting box.

Machine is whole made of stainless steel, match GMP standard, simple structure and easy to operation, low noise and high production capacity.
