CHARACTERISTIC
1. Mini type machine, structure is very tight, save space and labor force, suitable for small size factory.
2. Main motor and traction motor all adopt frequency inverter controllers.
3. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA after nitrogen treatment, supplied from zhoushan city
4. Gear box: hard teeth gear surface gear box
5. Die material: steel alloy.45 material, hard chrome- plating, with two die heads for both LDPE and HDPE.
6. Heating system adopts stainless steel and cast AI heating loops, with double digital display temperature controllers, high precision temperature control.
7. Traction rollers adopt air cylinders open and close, high quality and easy to operate.
