1. Uses
Heavy-duty plate feeder is important in ore conveying system. It is to transport ore to primary crusher for evenly and continuously feeding, and also for short-distance material delivery. It is especially appropriated for transporting materials with large proportion, large particle size, and strong abrasiveness, and can work reliably in the open air, humidity and other harsh conditions, and can be widely used in metallurgical, mining, cement, and building materials. Both horizontal and oblique installation is Ok, with maximum installation angle of 25º.
2. Device Description
The company has engaged in the research and production of heavy-duty plate feeder for a long time and been in relentless pursuit of combining advantages of others, highlighting its own features and increasing excellence. Compared to the old heavy-duty plate feeder, the machine has more reasonable structure, and more simple and convenient installation, disassembly, and maintenance.
The actuating device of the machine uses the structure of integrated suspension and single point floating to reduce installation error and improve the life of drive system. According to the needs of different users, the actuating devices are combined into three types: Planetary orthogonal speed reducer, Flender orthogonal speed reducer, and domestic orthogonal speed reducer.
Chain plate unit is driven by caterpillar chain (tank chain).
Chain plate is in the single or double circular arc overlapping form, with impact and abrasion resistance and no leakage of materials.
At present, our company produces over 40 heavy-duty plate feeders of 12 models for metallurgical, mining, building materials, and chemical industries in China and overseas. And heavy-duty plate feeders of different model and specifications can be custom made.
