CS7600 series is high precision components parameter analyzer designed using automatic balance bridge principle .20 hz ~ 2 MHZ test bandwidth,1uhz step, continuous random frequency settings, 0.01 m Ω ~ 100 m Ω impedance measurement range, 0.05% of the basic measurement precision and the automatic level control functions provided by equipment,lists scan/graphics scan and file sorting counting functions provide accurate and complete the survey and analysis for the vast majority of components and materials . Widely used in product research  development, online testing , components incoming inspection and so on  applications.

 

 

●Frequency measurement range

 20 Hz ~ 2 MHZ frequency continuous, arbitrary setting, frequency resolution is 10 mu Hz.

Measurable capacitance (Cs/Cp), inductor (Ls/Lp) and resistance (Rs/Rp), dielectric loss (D), the quality factor (Q) impedance (| Z |), admittance (| | Y), the phase Angle (theta), conductance (Gp) and reactance (Xs), susceptance (Bp), the dc resistance * (Rdc, only CS7600X series can be measured ) each measurement shows two parameters at the same time.

With a reference sample compensate measure value. This function can guarantee the consistency of more instruments measuring .

In addition to the usual open circuit incentiving signal  setting . In constant voltage/constant current mode,  evaluate voltage/current characteristic of components. Signal level set range: 5 MVRMS ~ 2 VRMS / 50 ua ~ 20 ma

●Analysis function List scanning test  and graphics scan test

Provide 10 groups list scanning combination and 240 points/linear logarithmic graphics scan function; Can respectively set voltage, current, frequency offset voltage, offset current  as a condition of scanning, evaluating the performance characteristics of components under various measuring conditions
