Cattle Slaughter Equipment:

Slaughtering/Sticking
One-stop Engineering provides two ways for slaughtering cattle:
·        Traditional stunning for sticking
·        Ritual slaughtering (such as Halal)

Bleeding
After quick sticking, the cattle should fully bleed for good meat quality. The blood can be either collected for sales or disposed according to market demand and customer requirement. And the bleeding line has two options:
·          Automatic bleeding rail line
·          Manual bleeding rail line

Dressing
Cattle dressing mainly has several processes:
·        Dehiding
·        Opening brisket
·        Taking out offals
·        Trimming
Those steps require different fixed and rise& fall work platforms to help the operators to do their job. OE can customize them based on different needs for clients.

Inspection
One-stop Engineering has two systems that can achieve synchronous inspection of carcass, head, white offals and red offals:

Splitting and Quartering
