Material:

Tube:  customized Q235 welded steel tube or seamless tube.

Shaft: bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance.

Seals: grease retaining inner seal with multi-layer labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal.

Finish:  painting/rubber/galvanized.

Welding: mixed gas shielded arc welding end.

Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting.  stainless steel conveyor roller

Bearing:  single & double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ & 2Z with C3 clearance.

Shaft end: both ends of tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered.

Lubrication: grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors.
