Introduction and features

The machine has solved the defect that previous machines cannot render the top of the wall. It takes only several seconds to fix the machine vertically and flatly and less one minute from the bottom to the top of the wall. Besides, if two people operate the machine, they can render ten rooms (400 sq) in 8 hours. It can use all ashes including white ash, cement, 116 ash, 139 ash and plaster. The machine uses vibrations-plastering and the thickness can be 2.5 cm at a time without hollowness and cracks and shrinking. Catching wall force is far better than manpower.

(1) changing the rope is very convenient. Under the conditions of electricity, if you lift the two wire rope with your hands, how many you lift, how many it will give. If the wire rope is not long enough, you can do like this. On the contrary, raise the plate and pull the wire rope, this can be called roll of rope.

 (2) if the plate doesn’t stick the conveyor belt tightly, the conveyor will not send ash and avoid sending ash to the ground.

 (3) if there is ash behind the plate, the plate will not lift well. We can press the vibration switch to clean up quickly and lift the plate again.

 (4) if the machine work without ash or not enough ash, it will stop in advance.
