◆  Introduction to the product

◆  Product characteristics
·The core of amorphous distribution transformer is rolled of amorphous strip material,its no-load loss is less 75% than S9 series.
·The low voltage winding of amorphous distribution transformer adopts copper foil, which increase the ability of short-circuit.
·The connection group of this transformer is Dyn11, which can reduce the effect caused by harmonic wave and improve the power supply quality.
·Pouring oil the vacuum would banish bulb in the winding, which can stable the insulation ability.
·Before leaving the factory every transformer done full-wave lightning impulse test at a voltage 25% higher than national standard to insure the transformer
 in motion safely.
◆ Pass the short-circiut test Because the ability to endure mechanical force of core of amorphous distribution transformer is weak, is it a difficult problem in the transformer manufactuing area to pass the short-circuit test. While our company successfully overcome this problem, we designed and exploited SBH15-M-2500/10 distribution transformer by oureslves. What’s more, we passed the short-circuit test through China National Transformer Quality Supervision Testing Center, which indicated that our design and manufactury technology for amorphous distribution transformer has a leading level in th world.
