20T Manual Car Dock Loading Table Lift Platform
1. Capacity: 6ton, 10ton, 15ton, 20 ton four models.
2. "I"-beam reinforcement ribs design under the deck, which make our dock leveller much stronger than the common box-shape design.
3. Downward adjustment can be either automatic design or pull-chain design.
4. Can be either two big cylinder for deck lifting or one big cylinder for deck lifting.
5. Lip thickness: 16mm, deck thickness: 8mm
6. Totally sand-blasted and vanish-baked for maximum painting adherence.

Components:
1. Powerpack including motor, valve, pump are all from Italy
2. Oil seal: Japanese "NOK" brand.

Warranty
1.5 years warranty for steel structure, 2 years warranty for hydraulic and electrical
2. Spare parts can be provided free of charge for containerload order quantity.

1. CE certificate is available.
2. Operation and maintenance manual in both soft copy and hard copy are available.
3. Installation guide is available.

Packing and shipment:
1. Cushioned by cardboard for each corner and then wrapped by bubble bag on the top.
2. Clad angle frame is optional for easy installation, but the price is different.
