SL-SAF is an economic type of auto batching machine that is used for making all kinds of PU foam.

1.Main machine:

* 200kgs of main mixing tank with Teflon coating

* 15kw motor and inverter.

* 50L of transfer tank with automatic vale for TDI

* 1 set of three pneumatic valve for TDI

* 1 set of three pneumatic valve for mixture

* Automatic controlling system ( PLC + touch screen )

2.Metering pumps:

* 1 set magnetic pump for TDI

* 1 set gearing pump for water

* 1 set gearing pump for mixture ( PPG + silicone + tin + amine + CaCO3+color +…)

* And their connecting pipes

3.Tanks:

*1 set of 150kgs tank for water.

*1 set of 1 ton mixing tank for mixture ( PPG + silicone + tin + amine + CaCO3+color +…)

Note: TDI tank just use it’s packing jug directly.

4.Moulding box. ( customized size):1 set moulding box with carrying wheel.

5.Air compressor: 1 set

6.Electronic scale: 100kgs—1set, 5kgs—1set
