The production process is putsand, cement, water and other raw materials into the mixer,after mixing,forming,tinting color,acrylic coating,racking,maintaining,releasing mould,it is finished.The system is done automatically from the host machinestarting to the varnish spraying ,the other steps need to be done manually. Just need to changedifferent extrusion head and the mold you can have different y shape tile. The advantage of the system is low invest, quick effect;simpleprocess , easy to operate; It is ideal for investment projects.
