This machine is suitable for heat-sealing and heat-cutting such materials as BOPP ,OPP thermal contracting films,etc.and it is a king of ideal equipment for making socks bag, towellag, bread bag and ornament bag,etc.The machine has such characteristics as length fixing by computer ,photoelectric tracking stable per-formance(cast-iron structure)and highspedd,etc.And has such functions as automatic gluing,automatic pnching and lace heat-sealing ,etc.
Feature:
1. The machine is suitable for side hot sealing and hot cutting such material as PE, BOPP, OPP, PP thermal contracting films etc.
2. The whole machine adopts microcomputer control and material pulling by stepping motor.
3. Arbitrary fixed length, accurate and stable step photoelectric tracking, stopping automatically when the lable is lost
4. Automatic and synchronous two side tape gluing, automatic punching on the bag.
5. Equipped with inline gusset on the bag.
6. Automatic counting and set table counting alarm.
7. Heating sealing decorative border, automatic constant temperature, firm and smooth sealing.
8. Machine comes with two types of sealing knife. One is straight knife, another is slotted knife.
9. Equipped with Anti-static bar to make stacked bag smoothly
