Composition of the laundry soap making machine   

 ♣ It is composed by the main pot, water pot, oil pot and several systems--lifting, vacuum system, mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, material inlet and discharge, protecting system and electric control system

 ♣ Lifting system controls up and down of the machine cover;

 ♣ Vacuum system uses the vacuum pump to pump out the air and make the main pot in a vacuum state;

 ♣ Mixing, homogenizing, heating and cooling are the main functions of the vacuum homogenizer mixer and controlled by different system;

 ♣ Material is automatically pressed into main pot for the negative pressure in main pot.

Two kinds of discharge method are set for you, discharge from outlet on pot bottom, or tilt the main pot to pour material out, easier to discharge and clean;

♣ Protecting system is formed by four kinds of protecting measures, such as overload and overheat protect, security valve etc, ensuring the security working of machine and safety of human. 

 ♣ Electric control system can be divided into SIMENS PLC control touch screen and button press control panel.
