1. Production description
It is a special polymer, and the powder is formed after high temperature and drying, with high flexibility, high weatherability , high viscosity with various substrates and exceptional adhesion strength.Cement gel that is made of power and cement has good easy-coating, water retention, water resistance, special envoy for adhesion with polypropylene, polyester, and the reaction sticky waterproof sheets.
2. Ratio of preparation gel
The amount of dry powder is 2% by weight of cement, that is a bag of 50kg of cement with a bag of 1.0kg of dry powder; Generally the weight of water is 27-32kg.
Preparation ratio (weight ratio) :( cement: water: powder = 100: 60: 1)
3. method of preparation gel
1. First of all, take out 6-10 kg dry cement and a bag of special adhesive to mix evenly, then add 27-32 kg of water and stir into the grout.And add all the rest of the cement, stir until there is no clumps, no precipitation, no air bubbles and it is pasty polymer ,it can be used .
2. Choose ordinary 32.5 level of silicate cement .
3. Use an electric mixer to stir about 5 min, if it is manually stirring, shall appropriately extend mixing time.

5. Recommended dosage
1,Construction with the polyethylene sheets ,the thickness of the mixed cement is controlled within 1.2-1.3mm,dosage of square meters is about 5kg;
2,Construction with the polyester sheets ,the thickness of the mixed cement is controlled within 1.5-1.6mm,dosage of square meters is about 7kg;
3 ,Lap with the reaction sticky waterproof sheets. ,generally the thickness is controlled within 1.5-2.5mm,dosage of square meters is about 10kg.
