The characteristics of spiral plate heat exchanger and other types of heat exchanger is compared, conduction channel length, channel spacing, small flow resistance, high temperature resistance, not easy to leak. Therefore it has high thermal efficiency, heat and cold medium temperature easy access to the temperature of the heat medium, suitable for viscous material and granular material heating or cooling treatment, but not suitable for containing fibrous exchange. Condensation processing spiral plate heat exchanger is also applicable to the vapor of organic compounds.
