Introduction:
        TianYuan true color 3D scanner (OKIO-ColorScan) is 3D Data Acquisition and processing system of high accuracy and reality developed by TianYuan 3D Technology Co., Ltd, which combines 3D scanning, automatic data registration with texture mapping. Using industrial CCD sensors and high-resolution digital camera, the object geometrical model and texture image can be captured simultaneously. With regard to object which is rich in texture, automatic data registration can be achieved during scanning, and then texture mapping can be available by the system software. Therefore, the system can be widely applied in fields of digital preservation of cultural relics, digital museum, 3D display of arts and crafts, etc.
