I、Main Features
1. Buffer conveyor
Linkage PCB loading mode with aluminum rail & stainless steel chain.
- Conveyor system
The conveyor system is equipped with heavy-type double hook finger and aluminum alloy rail which prevents rail from distorting; Manual PCB width adjustment with digital figure display; conveying angle adjustable, equipped with digital angle display meter, conveying speed adopts inverter control with stepless adjustment.
3. Solder pot system
Apply tailor-made cast iron material to solder pot inner body; surface is with corrosion preventive treatment. Linkage motor driving wave, speed adjusted by inverter, solder dross flow and oxide reducing equipment, manual methods for controlling pot in/out & up/down, outer heating unit, PID temperature control method and lower-liquid-level alarm.
4. Spray flux system
The spray flux system employs modular type design, spray movement adopts step motor control; automatic adjustment in accordance with PCB spraying length, spray width and speed by digital setting, using micro adjustment unit of pressure meter to adjust spray flux and the measure of spray grain; constant pressure device supplies flux, flux level alarm and automatic flux addition；low noise quiet floating fan；powerful exhaust；upper and lower exhaust air filtration system，equipped with air knife for separation between spray and preheating.
5. Preheating system
New drawer type modular & energy-saving design, one section of infrared heating tube+two sections of micro air circulation, higher heat efficiency, uniform temperature. Three section temperature zones, the length of preheating zone: 1.8m, PID temperature controlling method，Preheating cover with glass windows for real-time observation of product status.
6. Cooling system
Upper and lower forcible air cooling system
7. Finger cleaning unit
Special hair brush for cleaning, shampoo tank configuration liquid level detection alarm device.
8. Control system
PC+PLC electric control system, Windows operation interface with Chinese/English version, functions of temperature profile test and data storage etc.
