The instrument is suitable for the charged or power-off testing of different voltage levels of zinc oxide surge arresters, which could promptly detect dangerous defects of insulation moisture inside the device and valve insulation aging. Measure the full current, resistance current and its harmonics, power frequency and its harmonics reference voltage, active power and phase.

Large screen can display voltage and real current wave form, and accurately analyze the content of fundamental harmonic as well as 3 to 7 times the harmonics.
