XJB series planetary power mixers are new high-efficiency "no-dead-spot"mixing and stirring equipment.It a features unique, novel stirrer mode, with two or three stirrers as well as one or two auto scrapers inside the vessel. While revolving around the axle of the vessel, the stirrers also rotate around their own axes at different speeds, to achieve complicated, strong shearing and kneading movement for materials inside the vessel. Besides this,the scraper inside the equipment revolves around the axle of the vessel,scraping the materials adhering to the wall for mixing thus achieving better mixing results.

The vessel adopts a special sealing structure, which enables pressurized and vacuumed mixing, with excellent exhaust and bubble removal effects. Vessel jackets can be equipped with heating or cooling components according customer's requirements. The equipment is sealed excellently. The vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, and vessels can be moved freely for ease of operation. Furthermore, for ease of cleaning, the stirrers and scraper can rise with the beam and fully detach from vessel body.

This machine is suitable for solid-solid, solid-fluid and fluid-fluid mixing,reactions,dispersion, dissolving and modification, etc，for production of ink, pigment, adhesives, sealant, paste-type material, lubricants, paint, paste cosmetics, and additives, etc. In chemical. light industry, pharmaceuticals, foodstuff, battery,building materials, farm chemical industries, etc. Applicable viscosity range is roughly 10,000CP-
