Technical Features
The Silicon Carbide sueding roller which adopts planetary mode of operation, provides a wide contact with the fabric surface, functioning mildly with the wire imbed into fabric structures.
This machine adopts PLC, human-machine interaction screen, and inverters to realize automatic control of the whole operation of it. It also has a capacity of technique parameter storage, which enables technique reappearing.
This machine adopts tension sensor, which provides presetting of fabric tension and automatic feedback functions, enabling a constant-tension sueding process.
The patented Al alloy triangular bracket structure and fixed spreading roller makes it easy to adjust fabric-roller contact area and spread or flatting fabric surface.
