This machine acts on the needled web to optimize the MD: CD uniformity of the needled material prior to finish needling. This is important for the production of geotextile, filter material, roofing material, substrate and some automotive products. The MD:CD uniformity can be up to 1:1.

Characteristics

l  High precision draft rollers with surface wired card clothing and W-shaped drafter roller arrangement.

l  Draft rollers are driven individually by inverter VS drives and are adjustable to guarantee the web evenness.

l  Drafting zone length is adjusted by stepless frequency control for ease of production process adjustments.
