This machine designed by adopting advanced technology and strictly meet GMP requirement. PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the machine. It can perform the filling for ointment, cream jellies or viscosity material, sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing (include manufacture date) automatically. It's ideal equipment for plastic tube and laminated tube filling and sealing for cosmetic, pharmacy, foodstuff.
1.Stainless steel volumetric dozing syringe and Teflon piston seals for accurate dosage 2.Tube lifting at filling station – so that filling nozzle gets inserted inside tube during filling
3.Tail cutting by 'suck back' method to prevent dripping of product after filling
4. Hot air tool for plastic / laminated tubes (Leister make heater)
