Main structure trait:

1. The principle part is made of resin sand,manual trendy,high frequency quench,high precision grind cutting. works smoothly, the wearable nature is good.

2. The lathe main axis is independent structure,import resin lubricate,independ gear-box,the strong rigidity, high precision and small heat distortion not only makes the machine finish fine process high-effectively,but also finish tough process,repeat cutting.

3. The dual linkage axis adopts AC servo-motor, direct drive ball leadscrew,it response fast.and high precision-position.

4 .Semi-enclosed plate shield,focus automatic lubricate,all lubricate points adopt independent oil lubricate,exceed the wear resistance of the lathe moving parts.it makes the machine keep precision long,improved lathe using life.
