Operation function---The operation have 4 steps: Disinfection, Sterilization, Producing, CIP cleaning. They are controlled by PLC automatic in order to ensure the of the process.
The parts include---Aseptic valve, steam reduce valve, steam adjusting valve, control valve, pump, shelf etc..
Complete aseptic security--- complicated process flowchart to ensure the aseptic of the product.
Low consumption of energy--- per 5 000L/h product ≤320kg/h steam
Connect with other equipments---- Aseptic Storage Tank, Aseptic Packing Machine directly, homogenizer, vacuum deaerator.
