The multifunctional bowl is specially to produce small quantity dairy, juice, food products. It's a tipped jacket bowl. Steam, hot/cooling water can pass through jacket and heat or cool the product in bowl. The temperature of product is controlled by digital. The bowl body can be tipped to discharge thick product. It has 2 agitators, one is low speed anchor agitator, the other is high shear mixing agitator. The speed of both can be adjusted by frequency reducer.
