Step 2: Put the unit on the polywood pallet, clean the cabinet and parts.

Step 3: Cover it with plastic stretch film.

Step 4: Put 4 sides plywood panel together with the pallet, fasten the metal hook buckle, put foam inside, finally put top plywood panel together with the 4 sides plywood panel and fasten the metal hook buckle.

Q1: What main factors should I take into consideration when I select your suitable transformer for my equipment ?

1) Load equipment name, capacity, max. starting current and normal working current.

2) Input voltage (mains supply) and output voltage.

3) Winding material: copper or aluminum. Note: copper winding price is higher, but it has better conductivity and temperature rise.

A3: Due to our transformer rarely has problem, so no specific spare parts are provided.

If our products have spare parts, we will put necessary amount of them for maintenance with shipment, if you need more, we can sell as well. 

Q4: How do you control product quality ?

A4: Self-control all raw materials, strict processing quality control and delivery inspection, every single unit of our product will be tested with load, however, other suppliers only do simulate test with electricity.

Q5: How can I get your after-sales service if the product has any fault ?

Step 1: Inform us about the specific fault with images or video.

Step 2: We evaluate the fault and find the reason & solution, then give you technical support by e-mail or phone call until the fault solved.

Step 3: If the fault caused by our manufacturing defects, we will send you free spare parts if needed within warranty until the fault solved, however, if the fault caused by your improper installation/operation/maintenance, you need to buy the spare parts.
