HML100 Vertical Mixer is mainly for mixing cookies dough. It adopts the helical gear reducer, to keep the mixing speed stable. The Main motor is controlled by frequency converter. When the mixer switched on , the perfectly-designed Planet Carrier rotates when there are 2 Rotary Blades getting on autorotation by themselves , while another Stationary Blade rotates with the Planet-Carrier-Wise.    

The bucket can be moved with the industrial wheels in its bottom. When raising the bucket, the speed motor drives the pulley, which would drive the two sync-pulleys, so that both side of the bucket are in the same raising speed.

>> Mixer shafts, blades and the buckets are all made by stainless steel , which is guaranteed to meet

the International Food Hygienic Standard.   

>> Pulley is made of HT200 cast iron in gray
