Vertical conveyor is applicable to convey and lift materiels of powder, block and short fiber. The materiels can not only be lifted, but also be dried and cooled during the process of lifting.

According to customer's special request, vertical conveyor can also be designed to classify the materials and convey flammable and explosive materials.

A vertical conveyor consists of a vertical screw slot, two vibration motors, shocking-absorb system and a bottom frame etc.

Vertical conveyor uses two vibration motor as vibration source, transporting the material along the spiral groove upward by making use of synthetic amplitude of the two vibration motors. In the process of moving up, the material also can be dried or cooled at the same time.
