DZLS type spiral conveyor has been designed conforming to the ISO1050-75 and ZBJ1005.1-2-88.On account of its advanced technical index and novelty structure,DZLS was considered as the replacement of GX type machine in 1990s domestic.

Compared with GX type ,the bicephalous bearing has been installed outside the shell.The hanger bearing is a rolling and sheave interconverted structure with a dust-proof sealed appliance,the sealed material is nylon plastic which can give a better seal effect and enduring performance..

Cleaning device is installed besides the discharge end.low noise ,agility adaption ,easily handle and maintain , flexibility work location.

Materiel handling requirment: powder,granule patch scattered material,e.g.cement,dust coal, rain, fertilizer, inder, sand and etc.

The temparature must be less than 200 .not apply to the material of easily dazed ,viscosity and easily lump.
