XT-618S is a special winding machine for special shape (square and racetrack) coils with stretching, soldering and glue dispensing function, and it can be used for bobbinless coil winding when stretching function is switched off.
Touch screen interface, multi axis motion control system, mechanically optimized, easy for operation and training.
All metal parts are treated with special technique. Imported servo motor, bearing, ball screw and linear guide rail. 24 hour stable production, compatible with automatic production line and unmanned workshop.
After winding by one fly fork axle and rotating through 6 fixture spindles, it is the most efficient winding machine in the industry, and the productivity is 800-1000 PCS/H.
