XT-618 is the most efficient winding machine for special (square and racetrack) coils. The work principle of this machine is to wind coils into round or similar shape, and then stretch and reshape them.
Touch screen interface, multi axis motion control system, mechanically optimized, easy for operation and training.
All metal parts are treated with special technique. Imported servo motor, bearing, ball screw and linear guide rail. 24 hour stable production, compatible with automatic production line and unmanned workshop.
After winding by one fly fork axle and rotating through 6 fixture spindles, coils are transferred to the stretching fixture to start the reshaping process.
Any lead-out wire position can be programmed.
