The core is made of high quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon-steel, inserted at 45 by 5 steps. Core colum and yoke are in multi-stage round section to get low no-load loss and low noises.
•  According to the size of transformer capacity, HV conductor is in double glass enameled wire, with grade H glass fiber cloth and felt as insulation, high in mechanical strength and ability to withstand short-circuit. 
•  Clamps are in unique steel structure treated with sand-blast and plastic spray, good in appearance and mechanical strength.  
•  Each phase is equipped with a separate radial blower and each unit with temperature controller, so as to improve the output, reduce temperature rise and safeguard reliable operation.
