35KV grade S11,SZ11,SFZ11 series products are designed in compliance to IEC60076 and GB1094 “ Power Transformer” and GB/T6451 “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-phases Oil-immersed Power Transformers”. The load voltage regulation range covers 35±2*2.5%kV, 35±3*2.5%kv,38.5±3*2.5%kV. The voltage can be regulated manually, electrically or automatically in the specified range by using the load regulation switch on the primary side, so as to guarantee the stability of output voltage.  Table-flap type tank is adopted in 35KV transformer of 6300KVA and over, so as to improve the mechanic strength, reduce welding work and provide better appearance. The products are widely used and got good operation economy.

Structural

Fully mitered joints are adopted to change the direction of magnetic, diminish the internal flux saturated phenomenon at the core,so as to deduce the no-load loss, no-load current and noise.

To improve the capacity of withstanding short-circuit, drawing plate are adopted for core to make the core into a complete by fixing several nails and connecting through supporter.  In addition, Core column paints special silicon rubber to connect all core plates. High-intensity electrical laminated wood installed between the lower part of active part and tank sides to make sure safety and reliable during operate.
