Its combined by one material mixer, one baking machine, two pumping machine, two filling machine and conveyor. The material should be agitating by the mixer. Put the material into baking machine by the pumping machine. Use knife cut the soft part, the soft par put into roller (the equipment with two level rollers), then be stick shape. The stick’s length as your requirements. In the end. Send into conveyor. The baking machine is heated by gas. The heating system is automatic. There is alarm after finished heating. The equipments all with controller (can be program). The motor is controlled by the transducer. The baking rotary equipments speed can be controlled by transducer. The sheeter’s thickness can be adjust. The bar’s diameter can be adjust by change stick rod. The stick rod’s speed can be controlled by the transducer motor.
