But in the process of crude oil production, beam pumping unit is an equipment continuously operating 24-hour and without a rest, so it frequently breaks down and causes the negative influence to the production.
Automatic monitoring equipment for oil production faults adopts advanced sensor technology to real-time monitor oil wells and the operation state of transformers. Once wells are off because of belt of oil motor slipping or breaking, oil well polish rod breaking and pump crank pin breaking off, it will creat alarm signal. When the electric motors or transformers are stolen, it will also give an alarm automatically. After computer supervisory center receives the signal, it can automatically locate the alarming position through alarm signal. And then watchkeepers take measures at the remind of sound-light alarm system, which can prevent the theft of materials and reduce losses caused by wells off.
Automatic monitoring equipment for oil production faults consists of the fellow 4 parts:
(1)Scene signal acquisition sensor;
(2)Pump scene measure and control unit with wireless data radio(GPRS/CDMA)and power supply;
(3)Software system of supervisory center;
(4)Computer network system of supervisory center.
Scene measure and control unit acquisitions all kinds of parameters by sensors, and after computing compares it with alarm conditions pre-setted, and then using wireless data radio modular and supervisory center computer network system convey and receive remote datas. Scene measure and control unit can also receive the order remotely dispatched by supervisory center. Management section can browse the faults diagnosis system through browser, which can shorten the time for faults analysis, diagnosis and treatment, and can improve the oil wells equipments’ number which are in good conditions.
Application environmental conditions
1.Operating Temperature(-40)℃ to (+50)℃;
2.operating relative humidity no more than 95%;
3.altitude of application place no more than 1000 meters, adopt measures to strengthen the product sealed wherever the altitude is more than 1000 meters.
