Multi-speed energy-saving motors with high starting torque for pumping units are designed for pumps with step speed regulation . With such motors , pumping units can achieve step speed regulation (ie stoke adjustment) at different stages of oil production . According to the actual production condition ,a reasonable adjustment of the motor speed can achieve a dynamic management of oil production ,reduce power consumption ,save labor and reduce workers’ labor intensity .　

     The motors for pumping units are mainly single speed motors , changing speed by replacing the pulley which not only consumes time and energy but also frequently damages motors .What’s more ,belts wears more easily when running in the ferry (small corners ) and they need changing frequently .It proves that such kind of method does not work well . Some attempt to achieve energy saving by using transducer ,but it fail because of its high price and unsafety and unstability  when in outdoors.

     Series ZYCYT multi-speed motors with high starting torques for pumping units adopt series Y structure with electromagnetic designed to meet the IEC standard .Besides ,they are interchangeable and can be widely used for driving pumping units.

Application environmental conditions
　　　1.altitude no more than 1000m;
　　　2.coolant temperature does not exceed 40;
　　　3.relative humidity no more than 90%, the month’s lowest temperature no more than 25;
　　　4.variation of power-supplied voltage does not exceed 5%of the rated voltage;
         5.power frequency variation does not exceed 1%of the rated.
