BCT outlets (current and voltage transformer terminal box) are used to bushing outlets of large and medium transformer and instrument transformer. The new BCT outlets box made in our company are high-tech product, which widely employs new material, new technology, new technique. CT (PT) Plate is developed together with shanghai macromolecule research institute. It is cast and pressure from imported modified resin through scientific proportion under high temperature and pressed. It soloved adhesion problem between resin and conductive rod and desquamation phenomenon brought by both different expansion coefficient. It avoids latent danger of leakage. At the same time choose rational malleable modifier. It ensures completely the mechanic and physical as well as electric performance on condition that transformer operation environment. The housing is shaped by die-casting alloy. At present it is the most advanced product with beautiful appearance and light weight, it has gained national patent. The patent number is IS:0014071.7.  The specifications of products are complete and have more than 500 modules. There are have 1 to 32 points outlets on plate and we can produce high and low voltage insulating terminals using in dry type transformers. At present there are 30000 of the products have been used at home and abroad, some of them have been used more than 8 years, the results reflect very well.

CT (PT) is shaped by casting under high temperature and vacuum, through scientific proportion with modified resin and firming agent. Casting plug-in unit is processed from No.62 copper rob matched with thinning copper gaskets and nuts. The air side and oil side of the CT (PT) has the corresponding the code mark on the outlet root. Also, we can make the number and letter mark according to the customer′s requirements.

The material of the BCT outletsterminal housing is casting aluminum alloy. Surface mechanical strength can bear 80N.m fastening moment. The whole housing is painted. The thickness of paint is not below 140um

Connection between terminal housing and CT(PT) plate and terminal box housing and its cover are sealed to prevent dust and rain as well as frog from entering into the housing of air side. There are two ways of housing outlet hole according to different connection requirements. There are single and double outlet hole. Screw firmly related connected parts and dustproof plugs.

The bolts and nuts as well as gaskets, etc. used to connect terminal box cover and housing and CT(PT) plate are made of steel, according to state standard. The surface is zinc-plating.
