General Description:

JZJ series coalescence vacuum oil purifier is the set production of electric power department. The machine uses the updated technology and gathers the advantages of gravity subside, coacervation, vacuum separation, absorption, centrifugal separation, pressure filtering. It has the strong ability of breaking emulsion, dewatering, degassing and removing impurity. It is the ideal equipment to deal with steam turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil on the production line. Application:

It can be commonly adopted for on-line turbine oil filtration in aspects of electric power, metallurgy, chemical engineering etc. It can implement emulsion breaking, dehydration and remove water, soap, gelatine, acid, pigment and metal particulate in emulsive turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil as well as filtration of steam turbine oil used in other machinery and electric power equipment or hydraulic oil based on steam turibine oil.

Characteristic:

1. It has super dewatering function. It can do dewatering with high water proportion oil with high efficiency and less energy consuming.

2. It used the coacervation and separating technology and three-dimensional flash vaporization technology, and it has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water.

3. Optimized electric heating automatic controlling system with constant temperature ensures the oil temperature for average and stable heating.

4. Precise multi-stage filtration system that can remove different kinds of impurity. High quality filtering material with high ability of containing pollution can be used longer.

5. Advanced infrared liquid level control system and pressure protection device make the operation simple and safe.

6. It can purify any turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online.

7. The condensation technology for the flash vaporized mixed gas to strengthen the effective output power and extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of cooling circulating water.

8. The machine can also use flow meter and hour meter which allow customers calculate the amount of the outputting oil and working time (the user and can choose).

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time

1. all the electric control apparatus

2. temperature controller

3. oil seals and motor couplings

4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors

5. all the pipes for leaking

B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease

C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,

D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
