General Description:

ZLA series high-efficiency double-stage vacuum oil purifier is a typical product, developed and produced by Wanmei company as a special equipment for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kinds of insulating oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers etc. It is designed on vacuum drying principle, coalescence and separation technique, accurate fine filtration and other Wanmei patented technique.

Application scope: ZLA series is widely used in purification of various kinds of insulating oil, especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil and high-voltage transformer oil. It can be used for onsite operation in over110KV transformers, especially even in high-latitude areas. ZLA series also can be used as vacuum and drying equipment for a variety of electric facilities. And it is widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition. It is suitable for high-efficiency purification process for other low-viscosity lubricating oils. It can be used on-line and onsite without interference of power supply and without human supervision.

Characteristics:

1. Double-stage, high vacuum and high flow rate that helps remove water, air, gases, solid particulates and other impurities from oil quickly and efficiently so as to improve the breakdown voltage of oil and maintain its insulating property.
2. Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil, such as water, air and gases.
3.Precise fine multi-stage filtration helps remove mechanical impurities in oil; high-quality filter element is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength and wear resistance.
4. Safe and reliable heating system ensures quick heating and even, constant temperature.

5. Sensitive automatic pressure protection device and float valve and infrared oil level control system make the operation even easy, simple and safe.
6. Strong air cooling system quickly lowers temperature of air from the vacuum pump.
7. High quality composition. Major parts of the equipment, like vacuum and roots pump, are of first quality in the world, imported from Leybold Germany, Kinney America and Schneider France.
8. Multi function. It possesses the function of vacuuming electrical equipment and oil filling under vacuum condition. It can be used to treat low-viscosity lubricating oils. It is more efficient than other single-stage vacuum oil purifier.

Advanced separation technique adopted in our machine:

   * Magnetic separation technique      to remove metallic particulates from oil
   * Coalescence separation technique    to remove free water from the oil
   * Vacuum distillation technique      to break emulsion and remove water and light hydro carbon material
   * Verification separation technique   to remove air and gases from oil
   * Pressure filtration technique       to remove solid particulates from oil
   * Liquid film fine filtration technique to remove micro impurities from oil
   * Absorbing technique              to remove acid, alkali and colloidal materials

Principle & Diagram

The oil flows first through magnetic filter, heater, electromagnetic valve into the vacuum flash distillation columns for dehydration and degassing treatment, and efficiently remove free and dissolved water, dirt, air, gases and other contaminants from oil. The oil level is auto-controlled by float valve and infrared photoelectric controller in the columns. Then clean oil is led out by oil pump through 2nd filter and fine filter to the outlet. Air and gases are led out by vacuum pump and roots pump, cooled down by air cooling system, water and steam are led out from water drainage, and air to the atmosphere.

Maintenance

A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
    1. all the electric control apparatus
    2. temperature controller
    3. oil seals and motor couplings
    4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
    5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
