General Description:
GL Series portable oil filtration & filling machine is developed and produced by Wanmei Company for oil filling & filtration. It is ideal equipment for enterprises to transfer different kinds of oil from one container to another, at the same time; the oil goes through filtration process.
Characteristics:
l. The machine is light and portable, simple in operation, low-noise.
2. It can transfer oil from a long distance and high lift, no need for filter paper, which is cheap and environmental protection.
3. It can remove solid mechanical particulates and other impurities with precise three-stage filter system.
4. The machine is installed with well-sealed anti-explosion electric control cabinet (anti-explosion series).
Application Scope:
GL series are applicable to filter mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, insulating oil, gasoline and diesel engine oil and other low viscosity lubricating oil; it's very convenient to transfer oil, filling oil to electrical equipment together with filtration process. It is made of stainless steel and innocuous filter element, so GL-R oil purifier can be used for cooking oil and drinks, such as rape oil, sesame oil and peanut oil etc.
Operational principle:
While the oil filter working, the oil entering the first-stage to the oil pump. The bigger impurities had been filtrated, and then in turn entering the secondary precision oil purifier and three-stage oil filter, remove the impurities very efficiently.

Maintenance
A. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time
1. all the electric control apparatus
2. temperature controller
3. oil seals and motor couplings
4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors
5. all the pipes for leaking
B. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease
C. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,
D. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas.
