3. Applicable Standard

BF-102A is suitable to the standard of SH/T 0122, referenced the standard of ASTM D1831.

The standard is used to determine the change of consistency of the lubricating grease after working in a standard roll stability apparatus, so that the mechanical shearing stability of lubricating grease is determined.

The summary of the test method: using a sample of 50g, under the room temperature of 21~38°c, after working for 2h in a test roll apparatus, then determine the cone penetrations of the sample before and after the test.

4. Structural Charateristics

BF-102A (Tester for Roll Stability of Lubricating Grease) consists of operating system and temperature control system. In the operating system, the gear reducing motor drives the chain to make the rollers roll. The temperature control system consists of digital temperature controller, heater, sensor and thermal insulation box body in which a motor drives the leaves to stir the air in the box to ensure the uniform temperature distribution to meet the needs of different experimental temperatures.
