2.Performance and characteristics

Heating temperature control system; stainless steel cooling bath; temperature control range: room temperature~80°C; heating rate controlled by solid state relay  

3.Applicable standards

The apparatus is in accordance with the national standard of GB/T6536, the international standards of ISO3405 and ASTM D86. It is applicable to determine the distillation of gasoline, jet fuel, petroleum solvents, kerosene and diesel and other petroleum products.

4.Structural characteristics

The apparatus mainly consists of three parts of distillation unit, condensation unit and the accepting system.

(1). Distillation unit is composed of  the heating rate comtrol system and furnace lifting unit. The core part of heating rate control system is the solid-state voltage regulator, which is simple to install, easy to use, reliable performance, directviewing to display the output voltage, easy to control.
       Quartz tube furnace, compared with the traditional, with the advantages of oil splash proof, against electric shock, anti-oxidation and high thermal efficiency.
(2). Condensation unit includes compressor refrigerator and bath tank.

(3).  Accepting system includes accepting cylinder and accepting bath.
