● Four rolls are placed diagonally and can enhance the chilling effect by increasing the soap contact area on the rolls.It can achieve three times pressing and shearing processes and the refining is better than diagonal three roll mill. All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according  to  international standard.       

XS Series Diagonal Three Roll Mill
● Three rolls are placed diagonally and can enhance the chilling effect by increasing the soap contact area on the rolls.Meanwhile,it has stronger pressing and shearing forces to make better refining and will not decrease the production capacity when running special soap formula or hard soaps.The rollers adopt special alloy with better anti-wear and tear,corrosion resistance and anti fission capabilities.The feeding and outlet entrance adopt seal stainless steel plate.The whole machine adopts complete cover to prevent soap and dust leakage.Safety door switches are installed for operators" safety.  All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according  to  international standard.

S Series Horizontal Three Roll Mill
● The Three Roll Mill is used for soap refining.Therr rolls are horizontally placed with different rotating speeds.The refining function is achieved by pressing and squeezing force between the adjacent rolls.The main body is made of high quality stain structure,strong and solid.All gears are precisely manufactured and adopt oil bath lubrication to achieve long running life,low noise,less wear and tear and better reliability.Rolls are made of special alloy for super anti-wearing capability,and fitted with chilling system.Gaps between rolls are adjusted easily to achieve different refining effects and production capacity needs.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according  to  international standard.
