• Vertical stamper through servo conetrol and cam system,reliable and accurate.Control system adopts world famous brand PLC and servo,colorful touch screen with English/Chinese operating screens.Electrical handwheel is used to minor control the machine for easy operation and adjustment.Germany FESTO or japanese SMC pneumatic elements.Machine has complete covers with safety door switches to ensure operators' safety.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according to international standard.

XPD120 Stamper
This machine is the downstream soap shape forming machine in the soap production line.This machine is re-designed and improved besed on the original XD120 Stamper.And the friction force of the new linear rails is just the 1/20 of the original cast iron V shape rails.The transmission part has been enhanced to renforce the stamping.And the biggest laundry soap can be of 300g weight.
It has the advantages of smooth running,low vibration and noise,high productivity and long working life.The speed can be adjusted according to upstream plodder output speed and bar weight.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according to international standard.
