Functional Description
JY-E32 Industrial oil filtration trolley is a lightweight portable device, it can filter, purify and inject oils for mechanical equipment at job site, and also can be used in the oil maintenance of hydraulic and lubrication system. The trolley uses Jingyuan high-performance membrane filtration technology to filter out all kinds of potential contaminants in diesel. According to different applications, it chooses different precision filter elements from 1µm to 25µm, so that the impurities particle and almost 100% water in the diesel will be removed quickly and effectively. It is divided into two levels with the flow rate of 32L/min and flow 40L/ min.

Why do we filter oil?
The oil must be filtered before injecting into system. Without purification,
the pollution degree of fresh oil is often more than the requirements of the oil in actual hydraulic system.
Due to the high initial pollution level, most of the fresh oil (even the oil just abstracted from tank) is not
suitable for direct use. The reasons of fresh oil pollution are various, a variety of pollutants, whatever
particles or water, are likely to be mixed into the fresh oil in the process of handling and storage.
IN order to effectively eliminate pollution in above process, the working medium must pass a precision
filtration unit before injected into system.
