Model Specification

JY-G100 is a kind of micro filtration system which can be used to filter out pollutants in hydraulic and lubrication systems. It is equipped with an industrial motor gear pump group, the oil is filtered through polyolefin polymer filter element. According to different applications, users can choose different precision filter elements from 2~30µm. The system is divided into two flow levels, flow 32L/min and flow 40L/ min.

 

Application

JY-G100 is specially designed for filtering industrial oils .According to the characteristics of industrial oils, using Jingyuan high-performance membrane filtration technology to filter impurities and water contained in oils, improving the cleanliness of oils.

 

Applicative Oils

Hydraulic oil, engine oil, gear oil, high viscosity gear oil and other types of petroleum or mineral base oils.

 

Oil-water separation

Be suitable for the separation of free water, but not suitable for emulsified water (Please choose the dedicated type to remove emulsified water)

Why do we filter oil?

The oil must be filtered before injecting into system. Without purification,

 the pollution degree of fresh oil is often more than the requirements of the 

oil in actual hydraulic system. Due to the high initial pollution level, most of 

the fresh oil (even the oil just abstracted from tank) is not suitable for direct 

use. The reasons of fresh oil pollution are various, a variety of pollutants, 

whatever particles or water, are likely to be mixed into the fresh oil in the 

process of handling and storage. In order to eliminate pollution in above 

process effectively, the working medium must pass a precision filtration unit 

before injected into system.
