SD800A ice cream extrusion production line is based on the development of the former product. The working table is also equipped with three standard station,single-arc cutting, horizontal pressing and 3-head filling system. It can be used independtly. The of the plate area is only half of the SD868. Using the most advanced chain tensioning mechanism to improve the stability of the conveyor chain system. Compared with the former model, the quality and the performance of the equipment is improved greatly.

The equipment adopts advanced components including SIEMENS 7P7s operation creen, Wuxi Hengli cylinder, S7-200 series programmable controller (PLC) and other advanced electric and pneumatic components.
